What is Career Geek?
Career Geek delivers interactive, in-person employability and AI workshops designed to prepare young people for today’s changing world of work. Through group activities, real-world challenges and live technology demonstrations, learners explore everything from recruitment and communication to AI, applications and the skills employers value.
Human Skills First. AI Where It Matters.
We don’t start with the technology. We start with the person.
Learners are encouraged to think, discuss and make decisions for themselves first. We then introduce AI and technology where it adds value — helping them develop the confidence and judgement to use it as a tool, rather than a shortcut.
Human first
Think, discuss and make decisions before turning to technology.
Interactive
Group challenges, discussion and practical activities — not lecture-style delivery.
Real-world
Activities reflect how careers, recruitment and workplaces are actually changing.
AI where it matters
Explore where AI adds value — and where human judgement still matters.
Workshops
Practical workshops built around the skills, technology and recruitment experiences young people will encounter in today’s world of work.
